We're happy to see the scale moving down...phew! You'd think with allll that water I drank yesterday I would've lost more-I know I'm never happy am I?! I really, really hope to get under 120 by the end of the week which seems "do-able!"
Question for ya'll! Do you eat all your required foods each day? We hardly eat our second fruit and we're wondering if we need to! Also, we don't always get our 500 cals in-do you think it matters?

Becca- What's up ski bunny? So good to hear from you!!! Sounds like ya'll are having tons of fun in all the snow and crazy storms! I really hope to get to that point Dr. S talks about when all the fat is used up. I still don't have any hunger so there's still plenty of fat for my body to live on.

Hey Jennay!! I don't know, I've been skipping the fruit so times since Dr. S. says you can omit anything you like. I just up my protein. You are doing good girl. Now both you and Ed need to stay on track. Are both of you going another 2 weeks or just Ed?
I eat every last thing on most days, including my grissini or melba. Guess I'm one of the greedy ones. I think you're doing just fine with whatever you're doing. You're sooo close to your goal! You must be so excited. If you're not I'm excited for you!
Jenn, I didn't always eat all my fruit. And lots of days I din't get in all my calories..so I think you are fine! Look at you go! You'll be in size 0 by the time you are done! Watch out though cuz Ed's creeping up on you!
