Another day down...YES! You know what the secret to life is right?! You make sure you go to bed each night and then make sure you wake up the next morning!

Wow, it seems like the days are just flyin' by and the pounds are slooooowly but surely going. Every single ounce matters. When we were all at our heaviest I wonder how much our daily/weekly gains were. Can you imagine if we would've tracked that like we do our weight loss. Ounce by ounce and then before you know it...bam, welcome to chub town!

I truly believe what Becca said about getting so involved in this protocol that it becomes your life. There is so much to be said about support and how vitally important it is to have the encouragement and wisdom of others. It's the same with AA (I haven't done it, even though ya'll may think we need it-LOL) but they have a "buddy system" so they always have someone there to support and encourage when times get tough. We have a such a great community here and since starting our blog we have an entire new appreciation of the rewards this HCG journey has given us. Every aspect in our life is better, wait it's better than better, it's wonderful! So thanks team (Together Everyone Achieves More) for everything!!!

Talk about support...in response to the 10 comments...sheesh!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Crystal- Your little "flub" cracked me up! Wouldn't it be funny to see what we really write without proofing and spell check-oh my! We are looking forward to the cruise as well, too bad it's so far away! Hope you are doing good...

Wendy- Oh, I've really been thinking about you! Thanks for stoppin' by and giving encouragement to us, you're so sweet! I'll be checking on you k?!

Biz- Like what do I even say to you that I haven't already said?! I'm just wondering if anything will make you stall this round! Are you ready to try the beer yet? Come on be bad, I mean really baaaaaad!

Mary- Yep, half way...phew! I don't know what's goin on with your buddy boy he's just...well, he's Ed! He's all feeling excited because of his big loss today! The only problem with this protocol is he knows that he will lose all the weight he wants even if he cheats! Like today, wham 2.2 lbs gone! So have you been dreaming of Coca Cola? LOL

Winston- Thanks for stopping by and for the very level headed encouraging comment! Not even a hint of sacasim! If I could get Ed to be as good as you, well...I won't go there!

Lili- OMG, I'm still only "almost" to my 40 lb loss! Ed hit is 50 lbs today! Thanks for always checkin' on us sweets!

CB- And how you doin?! Wow, I didn't even think about that-we did lose the amount of an (anorexic) Super Model! Okay, and did I read that right? Ed and I are a "fine example" LOL! You are so sweet and I guess I need to accept the compliment because really we have done good! Thanks CB!

Becca- Ed and I are really good at finding the "loop hole" in everything-but like I say...do as we say (I mean Dr. S says) not as we do...unless you wanna have fun! We'll think of somethin' to get your hubby on that cruise and this protocol! There you go, all of us fine chicks can gang up on your husband, men aren't hard to "work over" ya know?!

Smacmo- Thanks for stopping by (did you put your shoes on yet)? YOU are the one who is kickin' butt Miss Danskin! I'm so impressed!

Regina- Ed as of today has me beat by 6 oz...dhope! It's okay I know he'll cheat again and then I'll be ahead once again-LOL! I "think" we will go the full 40 days even though you and Biz are bailing on me. Yes, this will be my last round...how exciting is that?! And NO Ed won't be able to handle another round without me that's why Biz is going to take my place. He will be starting again when Biz does (and she's much meaner than me)!

Thanks for all the kind words! Right back at cha! Big losses today....have a great one!

Wait till you hear how "BAD" I am today! ROFL - OMG! Hey girl, I have been involved with AA (not me silly, but family members) and the support system can never be apart from you. When you don't have your support that is when things go DOWN DOWN DOWN!

You are right about the protocol becoming your life, I was thinking the same thing this morning when I went about my routine of shot, weighing and preparing my meals. I am so programmed that I keep forgetting my skip days. whew!
I welcome the change in my life, I enjoy having something exciting to look forward to everyday. I don't talk about my change in lifestyle to anyone because they would say, "you are doing what"? I look forward to chatting and sharing with my new blogger budies.
Thanks for being there!

Tell Ed he can eat Mexican when I can.....ummm in 24 or 25 days. HA! Gosh I havent started craving yet and I hope not to until the end. But boy Mexican is the all time fave.

Still rolling around laughing at wat Crystal said!! Tracking weight gain and crack!! he he

Even though you are slowing down a bit, the scale Gods are keeping it moving in the right direction!! OMG soooo close now!!! Go Jenn Go!!!

I too have been involved with AA (my whole family is in it and they are ADDITCED to it) having a "sponsor" is key! Ed seems like a great sponsor! HA~ j/k!!!

Oh ED, alright already with the Mexican food! You're makin me hungry...
And Jennifer, how ironic that you are talking about spellcheck, etc. Because I saw where you said "the pounds are slooooowly but surly going" instead of "surely". Now if that's not a Freudian slip I don't know what is!!!! LOL!!!

So did buddy boy lose or gain 2.2 lbs? I'm confused, but anyway, tell him he needs to lay off the Mexican food!!!

Ah, yes, Coca Cola never tasted so goooooood!!! Ya know I'm not talking about the drink!! ;) Wink, wink!
