Well what's going on ya'll?! How are our buds doing? I have no idea where my slight gain came from other than the fact that I have the "signs" that TOM is on the way....ahhhh! No biggie, I did measurements today and this HCG stuff is workin!!!!!

So I've been doing a lot of research about different diets and which ones are resulting in the longest healthiest lives. Well it's no surprise that diets rich in fruits, veggies and very little red meats are the healthiest. We all know about organic and the benefits of organic but sometimes it's not always possible (or affordable) to buy organic. I buy everything that I can organic but I do wonder what foods can I buy that don't necessarily need to be organic. I found this great website that has a list of the top 43 fruits and vegetables and the different pesticide levels. Please take 2 min and look at this info:

http://www.foodnews.org/

Interesting huh?! Want to know something else?! They did a study where they took samples of mother's breast milk and they found that the mother's that eat red meat have 31% more pesticides in their breast milk than mothers that eat a raw fruit and veggie diet (non organic). I know, do we really want to know that? It is recommended that we only eat red meat once a month! I'm not one of those freaky people that push my ideas onto anyone but I thought ya'll might appreciate the info.

Today starts another great week of P2 in Protoland! Next week at this time hopefully we'll be wrapping up this round and bidding it farewell. I did notice hunger last night which is unusual (another sign of TOM).

Time to respond to my buds:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
La, La Mary- Oh Marrray, Jennay is great! I miss P3 too but actually P3 is more work-we are on "auto pilot" right now. When I go to the store I have the same foods that I buy and I don't even look around! OMG, yes we got tons of rain...scary! What about ya'll? And how you doin' Miss Thang?

Shelly
- I know aren't I an angel (wink, wink)! Ed will do fine on the next round(s) without me as long as I keep him locked up in the house and I make all of his meals. It's going to be interesting him doing it without me-I'll be giving him his shot and then, ooops none for me hon! Maybe I'll have him still give me one every now and then so I can still feel part of it-LOL!

Monica- DO NOT feel bad for Ed...men are kind of dumb and they never learn their lessons, that's why they need us ladies to "help them along!" Yeah, he lost almost the whole gain today so he's happy. I don't plan on doing another P2 but who knows! I really do expect this to be my final round, HALALUJA!!!!

Lili- Tiny? I guess I am getting there but you know how it is-we see ourselves as we always have and I do my best to talk positive to myself. I am very, very grateful that we have had such great success with this protocol. How you doin' anyway?! Love ya Lil!

Bizzy Poo- Well you know your goin' have to be the one to whip Ed into shape when ya'll do your next P2 together you’ll be his "sudo wife" okay?! LOL! Have a wonderful trip Biz, be safe!

Oh yeah, a couple of you have asked about Mexxxxxico! We are leaving April 1st-11th! We are staying at an all inclusive hotel where we plan on scuba diving, golfing, eating, drinking (and no not in that order). Thanks for asking (I just didn't want to rub it in)!

Happy Presidents' Day!

No worries about the gain, it will go away. I can't believe it's this close already that I am leaving, UGH. Look at you! By the time I get back home you will be going to Mexico, and forget all about us here in blogland.

Bery interesting!! Doesn't that bastard TOM just suck the big one!!

We barely got some rain and snow on the mountains and that's all I got to say 'bout that!!

I really miss P3 because I miss my cheese!!! I always buy too much and before I know it, 3 weeks is over and I'm back to P2, wah, wah!!

So Ed had a good loss? See what happens when he behaves!!

Oh Jenn, I am so jealous of your weight and how well you have done on protocol. I feel like a big fat loser this round, Ha! But seriously, no worries! I will keep pluggin away, gaining and losing, as long as I continue to lose more than I gain!

Love to you, Both! Thanks for all the nice comments. I have been the red headed step-child of this round! P3 here I come!!!

Hey You! (and Ed too!) I had a little gain today too. I think it was from the vitamin C flush because it had some corn starch in it. So oh well, it'll be gone tomorrow right? And Ed, you bad boy, you're lucky you got rid of at least PART of what you gained the day before you devil you...
I can tell your heart is surely not in it this round! But the end is in sight so hang in there just a little while longer big (or not so big) guy!
Too bad you guys couldn't come to Park City with us... And too bad we don't get to go scuba diving in Mexico with you!!! Our second favorite expensive sport...
