Hi ya'll!!! So I guess there's no sense in posting our P3 meals. We did great all day up until the dessert....you don't even want to know how divine it was!
I don't have much time to post since we are off again for the day. We are going to meet some old co workers and they haven't seen us since we lost weight-I'm excited to see their reactions.
I don't have time to check blogs today-hope ya'll are doing great! Thanks for your comments yesterday Regina, Mary, Dawn, Monica and Shelly!

You are so funny! I just LOVE reading your posts. I can't wait to hear about your friends' reactions to the new two of you!
I wanted to let you know how great you look. I know Ed is one lucky guy. lol. Don't worry about the gain because as steak day will knock that out without breaking a sweat. I gain 18lbs while in Jamaica and am now just 6.6 away from LIW. This is the greatest thing on earth. Have a great rest of your weekend.

I tried your magic wine last night when hubby took me out to celebrate my 1st day on phase 3. It worked. You go girl and keep up the high spirits...you have enough good advice that your active brain will burn off those extra pounds in no time.lol
